The objective is to drive efficiency within the current structure of urban governance across India by shedding light on the current operations and campaigning for unjustified public spending through legislative change. The mission is to convert most egregious issues from handbook into a legislative change campaign, convert the citizen handbook into nationwide phenomena and extend the handbook to create campaign forums in other cities.
