Ideas ought to be shared, challenged and reworked. They cannot be left dangling – subject to the fate of government committees. Constructive ideas propel the society forward when they are turbocharged into action. Take for example, CCS’ ongoing ‘School Choice Campaign’. It tries to convey the power of choice (currently denied by the government to many) by running pilot projects show casing the education voucher mechanism. Through eCatalyst as well, we bring to you each quarter a bouquet of ideas. And if it ever had its own essence- it would be inevitably be freedom of expression. Many of our contributors, who have been involved with CCS share how new ideas changed their lives. We hope you find that this issue exudes freshness and inspires you enough to challenge your existing paradigm. We look forward to hearing from you- your opinions, essays, research papers or articles on pressing issues at ecatalyst@ccs.in In Liberty, |
