A quarterly e-newsletter by and for CCS graduates
June 2010

EDITORIAL

The most difficult part of being an Editor for me is definitely writing the editorial. Not just because this space is too small to express my concerns about the various things happening around but also because admittedly this section is least read. Keeping that in mind I would like to wisely utilize this section to congratulate the program’s team of CCS for successfully crossing another milestone in spreading the roots of liberal and independent thinking with the ISPP Bangalore. It has been especially a successful start to the year 2010 for us with CCS’s RTI fellow Anoop Awasthi effectively bringing about some landmark changes in the RTI rules with his perseverance and determination.

Also I am glad to thank all the contributors who have put in their time and effort to write for eCatalyst’s June issue. And would like to urge and request those who are yet to write to us, to pen down their views and opinions about anything and everything and set the ball rolling. eCatalyst is an open space for CCS graduates to carry forward discussions and debates.

We encourage and value feedback and any comments/suggestions can be e-mailed to us at ecatalyst@ccs.in.

In liberty!
